a kiss from a dog.
how are you? i am fine, thanks.
if the question becomes are you happy? can you easily answer i am happy? what is happy? what is happiness? What is happiness to you? When you have all the things that you want? all the money in the world that you can have? All the expensive gadgets that you crave? all the beautiful clothes you dream to wear? all those gorgeous shoes that you wish wearing to cocktail parties? the ever escalating career with hours and more hours spent in the office?
but then if all of them preventing you from having friends? from enjoying quiet time with yourself? from enjoying being yourself? from laughing out loud when your pet dog roll on his tummy? from doing silly yet stress relief things? from being lazy as hell on sundays?
many times we are much too busy seeking for happiness that we miss that a thing of happiness can be simple and frugal. a kiss from pet dog. thick spread of jam when you are on diet. morning dew on the green leaves. morning breeze. a smile from a stranger. sms from a dear friend. good morning greeting from boss. the sound of the sea. a glass of iced tea in a hot afternoon.
Real happiness is cheap enough, yet how dearly we pay for its counterfeit. Hosea Ballou
however happiness and money? hmmm too hard to resist eh? i hope i can have them both……
but still, nope, i do not want to be part of your mlm scheme
