aha! at last i finished my course in six sigma *sigh* whoaaaaa brutally speaking, it was tiring as hell. with all those scary figures and statistics *i am not that bright mathematician you know :p is 2 + 2 equals 4?* but i learned a lot. i mean A LOT. the topic is so kewl. although it is not easily explained in two words but six sigma is about leading change.

hmm, change? it is not something that we favor huh? most of us love our comfort zone, love our habitual activities. but hey, everything changes, so those who do not will be left behind ;) *all those experts said*
ah well it will take some time until i am officially a certified six sigma green belt (i am now but hopefully i am successful with my projects then i can proclaim to the six sigma society that i am a green belt haha) but i have completed the course and yay, i am one of the around 30 green belts in Indonesia in hospitality industry ;) hmmm, 3 projects a year? *helppppp :D

btw, for sure there was a significant change i experienced, the classroom was equipped with WIFI and for each participant was supposed to bring notebook to the classroom, so chatting and blogging? can do lah ;)
